Meadow Medicine:
A midsummer mountain meander
Saturday, July 18 2026
Step into the heart of the meadow
for a guided immersion into the living world
of wild plants, ecological relationships, and seasonal wisdom.
What to expect:
Together we will wander slowly through a vibrant mountain meadow, learning to recognize native and medicinal plants, observe patterns within the ecosystem, and deepen our awareness of the intricate intelligence woven through the landscape.
This experience is an invitation to move beyond simply identifying plants and into a more intimate relationship with the land itself.
Blending botanical education, sensory awareness, storytelling, and mindful connection practices, this gathering offers space to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover your place within the natural world.
Along the way, we’ll explore traditional plant uses, meadow ecology, and the subtle art of presence in nature, allowing the meadow to become both classroom and sanctuary.
No prior experience is needed, only curiosity, reverence, and a willingness to walk in wonder and awe.
