Thai Massage integrates metta (lovingkindness), assisted stretching, acupressure, and clearing energetic lines to renew the entire body. While a 90 minute session is best for truly aligning and feeling renewal throughout the entire body, we realize that in some cases, a 60-minute session is all that our schedule will allow.
